About a month ago, I dropped off car overnight on a Tuesday to get 4 recalls and inspection done. Inspection results came back and I received a call from Halie and I told her to have the rear window motor replaced and an oil change. I was told that the part would be in on Friday, and it would likely be completed by end of the day. Never received a call that Friday, and by the time I was able to call the service center on Saturday, they were already closed. I can not even begin to explain how, but these idiots dumped literal engine oil in the passenger seat. The reviews are real. If you take your vehicle here, frankly, you’re dumb. Stay away. Far, far, far away. Edit: They called us to tell us they didn’t ACTUALLY fix the thing that was recalled and instead just slapped a sticker on the windshield that SAYS they fixed it. What a clown show 🤡

I normally don't leave reviews but the service here is that bad. I had an appointment that was scheduled to take 6 to 8 hours and had to take all day off work for and they did not do anything to my vehicle. They claimed someone drove my car to diagnose the issue but no one notified me that they could not figure it out. I had to call them multiple times for an employee to answer and say the mechanic had left for the day and they did not work on it. Don’t bother coming here unless you absolutely have to. Had my check engine light come on and took it to Kia Service. An estimated 4-6 hours turns into 10 hours… Charged me an additional $35.99 after the approved total estimate they send you via text. Do not come here, absolutely rob you with a smile.
