Unless you just need something basic like an oil change, don't bother bringing your car here. They are so overloaded they can't provide any kind of customer service. My car has been there for 3 weeks now and I can't even talk to my "service advisor." I haven't heard from them in over a week. When I call, I either get left on hold forever or if I leave a message I don't get a call back. I'm calling a tow company tomorrow to have it towed elsewhere. I wish I would have read the reviews first.
If I could give them a negative star, I would. Absolutely the worst service dept I have ever dealt with. They lied, didn’t keep me updated. Didn’t communicate and returned my car absolutely filthy. They didn’t fix the problem as the issues returned. I took to my normal dealer to have fixed correctly and even they were scratching their heads at what they had actually done. Rude rude rude.
About a month ago, I dropped off car overnight on a Tuesday to get 4 recalls and inspection done. Inspection results came back and I received a call from Halie and I told her to have the rear window motor replaced and an oil change. I was told that the part would be in on Friday, and it would likely be completed by end of the day. Never received a call that Friday, and by the time I was able to call the service center on Saturday, they were already closed.
