I normally don't leave reviews but the service here is that bad. I had an appointment that was scheduled to take 6 to 8 hours and had to take all day off work for and they did not do anything to my vehicle. They claimed someone drove my car to diagnose the issue but no one notified me that they could not figure it out. I had to call them multiple times for an employee to answer and say the mechanic had left for the day and they did not work on it. Don’t bother coming here unless you absolutely have to. Had my check engine light come on and took it to Kia Service. An estimated 4-6 hours turns into 10 hours… Charged me an additional $35.99 after the approved total estimate they send you via text. Do not come here, absolutely rob you with a smile.
I don’t even think the deserve 1 star. Service center is awful. Make an appointment to get something fixed , they won’t even get to the car in 6 hrs likely not even the day of. Stop calling it an appointment if you don’t take care of it at the appointment time. It’s is a drop off time so they can get to it whenever they feel like it 😑😑😑😑
I’m rarely one to leave feedback, because I’m usually someone that just “speaks with my wallet” - but the experience I recently had was worth sharing, I think. I had my Kia Sportage looked at recently because it was having a paint peeling issue. I was working with Sam in the service department and he was excellent the entire time.
