I purchased a 2019 Tesla on April 15 from Andy Mohr. Kelsea Roberts was very good as far as the sales part of the experience. However, within 30 days of taking possession of the car, the low-voltage battery died and had to be replaced. Since the closest Tesla dealership is in Indianapolis, I had to have the car towed there. My battery died the other day on my CRV. Before I jumped it , I called Andy Mohr requesting that I bring the vehicle in. Usually all repairs need to be scheduled, but I was relieved that they could fit me into their busy schedule. They replaced the battery promptly which I appreciated.
This is a fix to my previous review. After 2 or 3 repair attempts over a period of more than 8 months and more than $800, our car's battery is still drained of charge when not active for more than a day. It is unusable. I believe that sometime in the FALL of 2023, we purchased a new battery from the dealership to fix this problem, but it didn't fix the problem.
