I never thought I’d have to deal with the car alarm in my 2017 Honda Fit going off randomly. After two weeks, a new car battery and new key fob battery, the alarm was still going off every day. I purchased a 2019 Tesla on April 15 from Andy Mohr. Kelsea Roberts was very good as far as the sales part of the experience. However, within 30 days of taking possession of the car, the low-voltage battery died and had to be replaced. Since the closest Tesla dealership is in Indianapolis, I had to have the car towed there. My battery died the other day on my CRV. Before I jumped it , I called Andy Mohr requesting that I bring the vehicle in. Usually all repairs need to be scheduled, but I was relieved that they could fit me into their busy schedule. They replaced the battery promptly which I appreciated.
