Scheduled an oil change, get my receipt after the service and it said I called with 4 complaints that needed fixed and we declined service!! That was a lie!! Said had a bad leak . Don’t you think I would see an oil leak on my garage floor if it TRULY had a BAD leak?! Called to ask for an explanation, that got no where. I wanted it removed off the initial report , they said it was already closed couldn’t remove. They did honor a 15.00 off coupon. I am looking into this . Disappointing for sure.
Brought my 2013 Accord in for Recall work. Jason McConnell in the service dept. was awesome and worked with the service tech to ensure that the work would be done in time for my wife and I to make it back to our hometown in time for an appointment for my wife. I never thought I’d have to deal with the car alarm in my 2017 Honda Fit going off randomly. After two weeks, a new car battery and new key fob battery, the alarm was still going off every day.
