I wish I could give a 0 rating! Just left there after an altercation with service manager (Will) as it was my 6th time in for the same thing and still unresolved. Simply went because my 2 year old, 17,000 mile suv passenger seat belt didn't work...they also found another seat belt that didn't work when inspecting it, but then told me they weren't going to do anything about it...even though the one they found to be faulty (I didn't even know about) was my driver seat. They didn’t even check all concerns and kept holding another night to see if they could duplicate when I would ask about them again. - couldn’t duplicate even though I sent video - management defensive and blamed normal noise and referenced bulletin they never provided even though I asked. - gm asked how they weren’t responsive in last email to me.
