Charged me a $199.95 line item for labor to do nothing towards solving the issue with my car (air bag light, a safety issue!), when I also had more than $600 in additional services performed. Light persisted after I got the car home. The line item description read “1.0 check out”. This was the only documentation offered as to what was done about my “SRS system concern” line item at $200. RUDE SERVICE REPS.
I wish I could give a 0 rating! Just left there after an altercation with service manager (Will) as it was my 6th time in for the same thing and still unresolved. Simply went because my 2 year old, 17,000 mile suv passenger seat belt didn't work...they also found another seat belt that didn't work when inspecting it, but then told me they weren't going to do anything about it...even though the one they found to be faulty (I didn't even know about) was my driver seat.
