We bought a 2017 ****** Versa from them in April 2021. The salesman told us nothing was wrong with the car except mileage. It has now been in the shop three times and the problem is still not fixed. I would advise NOT buying a car from them. We also brought our own financing and they still ran it through seven other financers. RIDICULOUS. Glad we bought the warranty package or we would have been out several thousand dollars on top of the $8000 we still owe. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Was told on live chat after person consulted with financial department that I was eligible for a further discount from a GM retiree program on a Denali Acadia. They even set me up with a salesman to meet. After meeting salesman and driving we were given a price quote that didn’t match there internet price and was told that I could not get the additional discount and who I talked to. I’ve hesitated writing this review but after three awful experiences here over a year’s time in between I feel it’s time to. First off the buying experience here was horrible. The salesman and manager were rude, lied multiple times, and disrespectful to my pregnant wife. Against our better judgement we bought our car here because it was exact car we wanted. Very bad experience. They sold our truck out from underneath us after running our credit everywhere, potentially damaging our high 700 credit score. We were told that the vehicle was being hold and the sales guys "finger was in the dyke" to protect us. All they were doing was completing financing and today I am told it is sold. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Buyer beware.

Andy Mohr Buick GMC is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 20+ new cars in my life and have never dealt with any company so dishonest. Having looked for over 2 months for a low mileage, late model Buick Lacrosse for my wife. I finally found what I was looking for but it was during the Covid shut down in April 2020. I had made a 5:00pm appointment to test drive the 2019 Hyundai Elantra SEL earlier this morning. There was even a text message to confirm/remind me of the appointment. I arrived 3-5 minutes late, but was still able to meet with the sales representative. I am directed to have a seat and waited 2-5 minutes before being told the car was already being driven for another’s test drive and if I could wait. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM - I bought a 20118 Buick Encore Essence on Saturday 4/25/2020 1. I asked why the replaced battery only after 18 months - still waiting for answer 2. I asked why they had to repair the tire - still waiting for answer 3. While signing finance papers - they cracked my windshield - a 5 inch they said they would offer me $180 - LOL you know they were trying to lowball me.
