My wife and I were looking for a car for my Granddaughter, simply put her first. After several searches, we located a ****** Murano at **** **** Buick. We decided to go look at this car. Once we arrived, we found ****** to be in extremely poor condition vs what **** **** posted in the pictures. The handles were literally falling off the car. I have leased and purchased 3 vehicles with this dealership. I recently had car trouble in late November 2023. My car was towed to the dealership. I was text that my battery was bad and asked if I wanted to replace it. I agreed, additionally I also agreed to an oil change and the change of filters. I was quoted a text of a little over $475 for the total service, however, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, the cost was $749.83. I think the service department is terrible. I was quoted $500 plus dollars before the coupon and **** discount for rear brakes. When it came time to pay, the old white man behind the counter who is obviously a male chauvinist pig, charged me $562 after the coupon and the **** discount. He needs to retire and quit stealing from females who need their car serviced.

i made a appointment for a oil change and fuel filter change and to have a recall serviced on my 2019 ****** **** diesel truck. i drop it off the night before and put my keys in there drop box. I received a call around 3pm the day of my appointment that the work was completed and i could come pick up my truck.i asked if i could give my credit card and go ahead and pay for the work and have them put my keys in my gas cap because i didnt think i could make it there before they closed. the lady i was speaking with said that was... read more

Beware if you want to "buy out" a ** vehicle that you leased from Andy Mohr Buick GMC in *******. They did not follow the ** lease end policy and attempted to charge me $2,151, which is 10 times the normal processing fee of around $199. They didnt honor the buy-back price that was in the original lease agreement and added a fee for an option they didnt discuss with me. ?I asked them to redo the purchase order to be correct and they never got back me.

We told the salesman multiple times no down payment was going to be made just trade in. After signing everything and getting to the end the guy asked how we were paying 2k. thought he was kidding but he wasnt. Be careful dealing with untrained salesman at this location. 9 days after having the car it smells like its on fire and engine light comes on. 300 miles and only 9 days. Had a deal that started over the internet, then was talked in to the dealership, at least I thought I had a deal. I was put off several days because of weather, which was understandable, then needed money down, so was to finish deal today. No call, no TX, finally got a call, car was sold out from under me. Not sure how to take it, or if it's legal? Poor credit rating I guess...

Sadly, Id never trust this dealership. imIf I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! My parents just bought a used car from this lot in Fishers. Absolutely HORRID!!!! Sadly they must have seen them coming a mile away and took advantage of it. Weve had it only a few weeks and every single light on, we already had to put $1000 worth of parts on it, AND the transmission is jerking as well?! They had a deal promising $2k for any trade-in as long as it would drive there and had a clean title. We called to let them know we were coming and they promised a certain sale price and $2k for our trade-in. When we arrived (after driving an hour in the trade-in), they had increased the price of the car by $200 and refused to honor their word. Seems like they increased the price on the website just because they knew we were coming in. Shady business tactics. No one should buy a car from here.
