I called this location to order replacement feet caps for the legs on my furniture (for chairs, tables, loveseats, sofa). The first three times I called DURING business hours, no one answered the phone. This should have been a warning to me. I left a message for someone to call me back. An employee called me back an hour later and said, "we were really busy this morning." That doesn't justify not answering the phone of your business.
