I made 19 phone calls to organise a skip bin, each time a promise was made to respond to me with an update. Only 1 returned call over a three week period. The skip bin was so small it was filled in an hour by one guy. It then took a week to be taken away. Appalling.

Tried to establish business with them for LPG Impossible to get through on the the phone and when you come to the premises they keep you waiting while they are on the phone. I have been patiently waiting over a month now for an LPG bottle to be delivered. They have rescheduled once and apologised but still never followed through. I have decided to just get two small canisters from the service station myself. It is actually less expensive and less hassle. This is the silver lining. Worst business in the SMBI. Don't prepay for anything as you're very unlikely to receive your product. Took a day off work on five separate occasions awaiting delivery to no avail over three weeks. They didn't even bother calling once... Always needed to be chased up. Foolishly, this is the second time we've been through this process in a year... Better off getting what you need on the mainland and paying transport if necessary. I'd give zero stars if I could.
