We had a contractor introduce me to this Establishment, they came during Black Friday morning. Estimator's name was Danny who's number started with 714 area code. he was the rudest employee ever met in my life. after measurement they stated that it was going to take 5week or +, therefore I asked him why its taking too long, when our contractor told us that it was going to take 3weeks. after discussing the delay matter with my contractor he just walks out the door and leaves without saying anything. Excellent service!!
After service is terrible. They fixed a door but it had broken after 2weeks from the repair so we called because there is a one year warranty, but they tried not to come again because they couldn't make money for the after service. They said will come to repair but no showing up and kept calling no answer the phone so used other phone to call and then they answered and saying they will come but no show and called no answer, different phone number they answered and saying sorry there were busy so they said they will come next... read more
