After a long trip to come, pick this load up. It is nice to be greeted by a friendly face. Amanda works at McLane. She made it easy for me to check-in She was nice and friendly. She is informative when she spoke.
Their employees are rude as hell, they scream at people for NO REASON!! I’ve at the bus station in St. Louis right now where I just saw ONE screaming a 77 year-old woman. He screamed at me because I was nice and asked a question. If he didn’t know the answer he didn’t have to be rude, but I’m filing a formal complaint that Man does not need a job as security because he’s about to get his throat kicked in cuz he’s done yelled n been rude to too many people in the hour I’ve seen him!
Horrible security company!!!!
