I’m so grateful I found Andy. I came to her with VERY bad PMDD symptoms (like, couldn’t function) and within a couple months of following the protocol she gave me I had somehow almost zero PMDD symptoms. I couldn’t even believe it, I thought it was a fluke but more months later I still feel just as great and actually even better. Along the way Andy has helped me with various other ailments including adhd/attention/focus, oral health, and more. Knowledgeable-kind-creative all describe Andy. I was such a mess when I first met her. I’d been trying to get my digestion stabilized for a year but was losing weight and had to go to the ER twice with incredible pain. Andy happened to answer the phone when I called to make an appointment.
