Poor communication
I had cryotherapy done twice, the first time I thought maybe it was just me so I went back for a 2nd treatment. There was no redness, soreness or any changes to the area both times. It's unfortunate that in all I have spent close to 1k here for nothing. I went to a different clinic and had the same procedure done and everything went as it was supposed to and the issue was resolved. I cancelled my future appointment here and will not be coming back. Thanks so much.
