Very happy with the service and communications I have received from Cassidi Weaver. I can only imagine what their offices have been like after back to back hurricanes. I would recommend her highly.
This office used to be friendly and customer service oriented. My new agent, Don, is rude, and condescending, the last 2 calls I’ve made, to this office. The policy fees, are outrageously expensive, for both home and auto. My home owners policy covered nothing during Hurricane Helene and Milton, even though I had damage to my home and property, and the auto insurance coverage, is beyond ridiculous. I will be shopping around for a new insurance agent and company.
I don't like posting reviews like this. But this insurance company has dropped the ball on me so many times! I absolutely will not be renewing with them next year! Do yourself a favor and find another company.
So we had Hurricane Milton that rocked our socks. I placed a call to my agent reaching out to see if they could tell me the name of my field adjustor to my claim. Waiting to be called back 2hrs later I get thru to Universal finding out the important info I nesd. When I called Brown Insurance back to find out what was taking so long she said THEY HAD A MANDATORY MEETING!
