Workmanship = "B", Customer Service = "F" – This company replaced our shingles for a good price. Work was done quickly and (we think) the quality is good. However, they promised to take care NOT to damage key landscaping areas - even did a walk-around to look at areas of concern. Then the boss was gone, the workers didn't speak English and clearly hadn't been told to minimize damage. Lots of damage was done, the boss didn't care and we substracted $400 from our invoice and never heard from them again.
