He's through,he's knowledgeable, he's kind,very professional just a great Dr.I went through a very scary situation in the hospital with AFib,high BP and unable to breath. Finding medication to lower my BP was difficult but Dr. Carter figured it out ,it was 7yrs ago,I'll never forget.
