Previous review update: I spoke with Diane today who had tried to call me Monday as promised by company staff but probably experienced a cell service issue, not uncommon where I live. She was impressively knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose and explain to me the cause of the generator symptom I had experienced. She put me at ease, explaining that sometimes generators are wired like mine and will turn on when a primary breaker, like the water pump in my case, is tripped. Kamryn was amazing. He came out at 9 pm last night after a power outage and fixed our generator.
We had an alarm go off on a Friday afternoon. Jason came out and was super thorough and helpful offering an explanation for everything going on and solutions. Highly recommend!
After unit did not turn on at a weekly time, I went outside to find it in the off position checked oil level very high called Andris. They said it wasn’t them. They were there a week before to The annual service. Call another company in to do the oil change and clean out all the moisture that was in the motor from Andros putting bad oil in the technician sent me these photos Andrew‘s never change the oil filter and the oil looks like coffee. I have written 4 times, trying to get a copy of a receipt for the work Andrus and Ken did to install my generator a year ago. I need this for tax purposes. No response. I therefore caution anyone considering employing them, given the complete lack of assistance or even the courtesy of a reply
