Andrus Power Solutions services our whole house generator at our season in Lenox and is excellent. In particular, Andrus service technician Evan did a superb job yesterday analyzing what I thought was a transfer switch problem but that he determined was a control panel problem due to a lightning strike during a recent thunderstorm. After replacing the control panel, the transfer switch now works as it should. So glad that Andrus has smart technicians like Evan.
We had a great experience with Andrus. Tony came out before our Kohler generator installation to clean up our electrical panel and did an incredibly thorough job. Everything was left clean and organized. The generator installation itself went very smoothly. The team was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property, and everything was explained clearly along the way. We’re very happy with the finished installation and feel much better knowing we’re prepared for the next outage. Would definitely recommend Andrus!
Previous review update: I spoke with Diane today who had tried to call me Monday as promised by company staff but probably experienced a cell service issue, not uncommon where I live. She was impressively knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose and explain to me the cause of the generator symptom I had experienced. She put me at ease, explaining that sometimes generators are wired like mine and will turn on when a primary breaker, like the water pump in my case, is tripped. Kamryn was amazing. He came out at 9 pm last night after a power outage and fixed our generator.
We had an alarm go off on a Friday afternoon. Jason came out and was super thorough and helpful offering an explanation for everything going on and solutions. Highly recommend!
