I have written 4 times, trying to get a copy of a receipt for the work Andrus and Ken did to install my generator a year ago. I need this for tax purposes. No response. I therefore caution anyone considering employing them, given the complete lack of assistance or even the courtesy of a reply
Great company!
Super kind, highly responsive office staff and technicians. Mike's been to our house 2x this year already; once during an outage and once for general maintenance of our very aged generator. In both instances, he was right on time, did everything he said he would, and even let our youngest follow around on his heels happily. Highly recommend!
