Mrs.Denise and Ebony are amazing!! They care about there tenants. They are understanding and address any concerns with a caring response. The home by the way is so beautiful and the community is great very well put together and clean. Neighbors are nice and respectful.Thank you again Ms.Denise and Ebony for all you do!!!
Any type of way I could receive some type of refund I applied almost 2 weeks ago. I spoke with Ebony they have not been in contact with me at all and I have moved on. I’ve left messages emails with no response so I don’t want to continue this relationship. Edit: soon as I posted the review I finally get a call back from everyone being fake happy, I just hung up the phone since they don’t give refunds and apparently don’t respond, I found a nice place with responsive customer service. Great experience Tana was great i was so happy to see the apartment felt very welcoming , she helped me get approved and everything ready for time for me to move in love her :)
