The aide was excellent as was the nurse who tended my husband who had Alzheimer’s. The case manager was wonderful when I met her but hard to reach. The attempt to get paperwork I needed was horrific. Total lack of knowledge, helpfulness and responsiveness. The care commendable, the support paperwork office staff very very hard to do business with.
I am appalled and disgusted with this company. My family lost precious time with our loved one dealing with them over the last four days. We chose this company for end-of-life care for my grandfather based on their 24/7 service promise and support for medical equipment delivery. However, the reality was far from what was promised. After receiving the worst news imaginable, we met with Androscoggin at the hospital to discuss their services. From the conversation we had, we felt good to move forward. Our first red flag was on his day of discharge, the representative cut my grandmother off while asking questions and had absolutely no tact. After my loved ones discharge, we encountered a problem with the pharmacy and getting the order billed correctly due to a miscommunication between the pharmacy and Androscoggin.
