Dr. Andros is the best out of the three urologists I have seen in my 20 years of having kidney stones. However between their billing department and my insurance Cigna Open Access Plus, it's a complete disaster!
From the time that I spoke with the very nice lady’s in the office to schedule my appointment to the very nice nurse that was the doctors assistant til the end of my vastecomy procedure everything was 5 stars Dr. Andros was wonderful u don’t meet doctors like him everyday his bedside manner was great he spoke layman’s terms to let me know how the procedure went before and even when he was doing the procedure he talked to me and told me everything he was doing Dr. Andros is a top notch doctor and a real credit to his practice... read more
