I got a gold necklace for my birthday and 2 days later I popped it. I took it to andronikos at 11 am and picked it up the same day at 3pm. Both the women at the counter were very nice. It cost $45 to repair, and worth every penny!
I am very disappointed how they fixed my silver necklace. This is my favorite necklace, but I broke the chain while I was changing clothes. I had this necklace fixed for a few times in different places back in my hometown, but this is the first store who literally just glued the chain together. They did a great job repairing my ring while I waited for it, and the price was great also.
My fiancé tried to get her wedding rings resized two weeks before our wedding at another jewelers. The day before our wedding, that store called and said they couldn’t do it. My fiancé lost all hope that there was any way to get them resized by the time of our wedding. Unbeknownst to her, I took the rings to Andronikos Gold Works and (I believe her name was Alexandra) looked at them and said she could have them resized in a few hours.
