I’m not sure why this woman was give a one star review. I have been working in the medical field for many years and my husband is a medical professional. We both agreed that she was wonderful. Dr. Niki was not only patient and kind, she was thorough in her examination of our son who needs surgery. Her bedside manner is not flowers and cupcakes, however, it is not rude either. The doctor seemed ok, however every staff member I had to interact with in the phone was intolerable, confused, and extremely unhelpful. The dr. does not perform the surgery my child needs & was unwilling to get on the phone with me (according to the staff) to discuss who can do a laproscopic surgery. Very unprofessional. In my opinion these Dr's take in too many patients & can't provide the quality service we expect for our suffering children.
Dr. Niki is a phenomenal specialist. She is so patient and listens to all of her clients issues. Her explanation of care procedures are easily understood and she always takes the time to answer questions. Her bedside manner with my daughter is excellent. The whole team at Pediatric Urology Specialists has been wonderful. My daughter has been under their watchful care for 4 years now and we wouldn’t want any other! Camille is fantastic too!
