i had a leaking water tank on my commode that I tried to fix. After spending 4 hours on a job that would normally have took me only 15 minutes to fix, I decided I needed help. So I called these guys. Knowing that it was on a Saturday I knew that it would take some time for someone to call me back and, at least, to let me know if they could come and fix it. Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled appointment, and had to call three times to see when they would show up. The person didn't show up until late afternoon, waddling out of the truck and put a dip in his mouth. They were supposed to come back the next day to install a pump - a time sensitive project for a business, and they never showed up and never called. We called to see where they were and they said they had a family emergency come up, but again they never called. I would never recommend this pathetic business.
