Dr. Fitch was incredibly patient, professional, and compassionate during my visits. I hadn't seen her in two years, and when I went to see her I passed out in her waiting room. She quickly had my vital signs checked and called EMS. I returned and received the same courteous and professional care.
I recently had my first appt. with Dr. Fitch. I have been on ST disability leave at my job due to a long term health condition. In so many words, she told me that she knew all about disability insurance coverage requirements, and she said I was struggling with getting disability income every month not because of the company wanting more information, but because of a problem with me. This came from someone who had just known me 10 minutes before saying who I am (?), and before I could tell her about a unique secondary and und... read more
Dr. Fitch has been my internist for several years. I admire her ability to listen and make solid diagnosis. After going to the ER several times for facial and jaw pain, Dr. Fitch was the first doctor to diagnosis me with Trigeminal Neuroalgia. She's very know knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will send me to a specialists and that's a good thing. Everybody doesn't know everything.
Great personality and very friendly, yet hard to reach or stay in touch with. Your suggestions or inquires are usually debunked with medical reasoning and you'll continue to suffer with most health issues until she decides to look into it. Does not keep up with medical history well. She also has a habit of misdiagnosing in a very matter of fact way. You'll find yourself looking for a second opinion often.
From entering to exiting staff is excellent!
Above and beyond. Dr. Fitch followed through with me on my journey to have corrective Cervical Spine Surgery. She referred me to the best surgeon and pain management specialist. She really cares about you and does everything in her power to see you through COMPLETE healing. She educates you and gives you excellent followup.
I have been going to Dr. Fitch for many years. I would never go to anyone else. My daughter and I love Dr. Fitch. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
Very unprofessional
Half star. Dr. Fitch is one of the many, intimidated by patients, physicians within the Baton Rouge medical system who refuses to listen to her patients. She does not examine you for your complaint on your first visit, but she will take your blood.Good luck with getting the results. She will also refer you to crooked healthcare agencies that are her friends as opposed to treating your illness or even examining you for the condition. Big mistake to switch her as my primary, never go there agai
