Andries Construction came out to our house yesterday and finally got our Generac backup generator running. Colton came out first , then called Justin to assist. The codes it was giving didn't indicate the actual problem so Justin started checking things on his own and determined that it was the fuel solenoid. He stuck with it until he got the job done! Danny came out to do an initial quote. Clean, on time and not pushy. Answered all my questions. It took me awhile to do all my research, but worked with Raven in the office to finalize the numbers. They did a full turnkey whole house generator install within 2 days of my signing off.
