Excellent care provided everytime. She truly cares about her patients.
Very disappointed in the lack of care I have received. Call backs & emails take days upon days to be replied to, orders aren’t sent when referred for tests, blood tests refused & deemed unnecessary. Being told to take self care, vitamins & a walk when there are health issues going on. I thought it was a fluke the first visit. Then continued for 2 other visits. I tried to see Dr. Humphrey-Johnson because I'm struggling with anxiety and would like to get on medication for it. The woman (Robin) who talked to me promptly informed me that the doctor wouldn't prescribe "stuff like that" to me. She made me feel embarrassed and ashamed for needing help. As someone who struggles with great anxiety, calling the doctor and asking for an appointment to get help has taken me months . . . and then the first person I speak to makes me feel ashamed and acts like I'm just trying to get drugged up?... read more
Dr. Humphrey-Johnson is an amazing person and great doctor. My mom received an exceptional care at her office. Her nurse Kayla is also very thoughtful and kind. Thank you ladies for all you've done for us.
