Truly outstanding doctor. Productive, friendly disposition, clearly communicating, practical advice, empathy, wide and up to date knowledge, works with an excellent group of doctors, very thorough, sensibly cautious, listens, responds, monitors, disciplined, and reviews patient history to discover if something overlooked.
Dr Dong is a caring compassionate doctor. He takes his time to educate and listen. I feel safe in his care and know I am getting the best care!
He was in a hurry and rushed me even though I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appt to see him. Also after I asked about a concern w something he was sparky and dismissive. His response was actually "I dont know". Which was very inappropriate for my question.
Do you remember me Dr. Simon? I was the 'rich entitled itch' (neither true) that you tried to teach a lesson to, many years ago, when I helpless due to post-op complications. I've never forgotten the mistreatment.
My true rating is a big fat 0. I needed a cardiac clearance for a pain management procedure. Yhe form was sent to Dr Kolli, but never returned. I finally had to visit his office and pick it up. It was in my file and had been signed a month prior.Two weeks ago, my insurance agent sent a form for signature. Not returned. Phone call not answered and messages not returned. For lack of that form, my health insurance has been cancelled. I now have to make another trip to pick it up. Hopefully I don't get sick until April 1st
10 years ago Dr. Greenfeld SAVED my sons life. He was born with a severe and complicated case of gastroschisis & received 9 surgeries under Dr. Greenfelds care. We had a 4 month NICU stay and we spent every day under his care, direction and healing hands. My husband and I could never thank this man enough for how wonderful he was with our son Arrow. I really can’t believe that I’m reading some of these 1 star reviews. I want to first start out by saying that I’m a medical provider. Dr. Kaplan not only is knowledgeable, but he has integrity, and a great bedside manner. Don’t listen to these reviews that give him one star.
