Horrible experience they refuse to schedule you when you have normal lab values the only reason why I have them normal is because I am on a lot of iron that is causing me issues. Being a penn state health employee this is very bad service when I have multiple reasons to be seen

Why is integrity so rare these days? I was referred to this office because of blood levels. Once they checked my levels, I was told I would need an infusion. They said they would contact me to schedule an appointment once my insurance approved the infusion. Made the appointment, got the infusion. Just got a bill in the mail in which my insurance covered NOT ONE PENNY of the infusion. My bill was almost $6000.00.
