Andrews senior apartments they let a mentally handicap man mow there yard 7 times for $60 per mow and when he demanded his money of $420 they evicted him and never paid him for mowing yards and not turning in the income they do not inform you before you move in that the water is contaminated my neighbor for 2 years complained about his storm would stick shut I had to on 2 occasions take a pry bar over and pry his door open just so they could get out of there apartment and it's still not fixed
