Super nice and very knowledgeable. I love making purchases from family owed businesses. Both Sam's are great to deal with. Can answer just about every question you throw at them. Andrews delivered a Ferris ISX800 to my house and literally went over the entire machine to make sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. I highly recommend Andrews Sales & Service.
