Surprised to see negative reviews. Friendly, unflappable gentleman who wants to make it work for the customer. Used this Uhaul twice in two days and had great experiences each time. I get the sense the corporate Uhaul number you call to reserve isn't calibrated with this particular store's availability so sometimes things get overbooked, but that's the algorithm's fault, not this business'.
Literally the worst U-Haul ever. 2nd time I tried to rent a truck and it’s closed. There is an online rental during off hours that just directs you inside even though that’s the opposite of the purpose. No apology ever.
