Tom & Brandy are phenomenal. I can’t say enough good about them. 10/10 would recommend. Their knowledge is superior and they are always so helpful. They replaced my furnace a few months ago and did an incredible job…they also did an emergency repair for me when I had a heating issue arise (which was my fault). All in all, you can tell they take great pride in their work and they genuinely care. Very reasonable pricing. They are the only ones I call for all my furnace/ heating needs.
Installed a new Gas Furnace for us, Always a decent guy when explaining and negotiating. Would recommend his expertise.
Worst customer service. You call for maintenance and all you get is attitude and talked to like a child.
I was recommended Andrew Property Management and so glad I called and scheduled an appointment. Tom did service on a family member’s furnace that hasn’t ran right for 3 or more years Tom fixed several issues that should have been taken care before. Tom and Brandys honesty, knowledge, and professionalism are outstanding. They will now be serving another family member’s furnace along with mine .I would say if you want quality service at a more than fair cost, then give Tom and Brandy a call.
