Dishonest, untactful, greedy. Total waste of time and energy. Lost my entire bond (1600) plus 1 thousand dollars for early vacancy.
Just appalling in the last 2 months. Not responsive to questions on maintenance. I’m looking elsewhere.
Would strongly advise any home owners/renters to stay clear from Roxby Downs realestate as a previous tenant I am absolutely appalled from the current property manager’s professionalism and code of conduct especially around confidentiality. If I could rate this a 0 star I would do so but unfortunately I have to give them a one star rating.
