Andrews Properties is the worst reality company I've ever had to deal with. Office staff smile all in your face but give you the run around on the phone. The main lady in the front called me while we were on vacation to tell me that we left the car on the grass instead of serving a notice on our door since they do so many random house checks. Then, patch things when it comes to maintenance. None of the concerns we brought up BEFORE wasn't done and they want to take exactly half of our deposit for wear and tear. Horrible busi... read more
i will give this place a zero. the buildings are run down. they have their picks, you can be on low income housing and work for the company too (under the table) They sit in the office and monitor the going and comings to your apartment. They find ways to keep your deposits. The people in the office is rude. before you waste your time on these apartments do your research.
