Very unreliable, agrees to a job offer and never showed.
We used Andres for a new home build and it has been a horrible experience. HVAC equipment never worked, plumbing leaks that required sheetrock repair which they stuck us with. We have hired AJs Heating and Air to fix all of the issues and I cant say enough good things about them. Avoid Andrews Plumbing at all costs.
Twice during the past year the crew from Andrews Plumbing and Heating saved us from a crisis. The first was a leaking water-heater; the second was a furnace that wouldn't run. Life was not a lot of fun without either hot water OR warm air. Well, they fixed them both--within hours! Just the nicest people. We really enjoyed talking with them as well.
Prompt friendly efficient. Exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend
