Why is integrity so rare these days? I was referred to this office because of blood levels. Once they checked my levels, I was told I would need an infusion. They said they would contact me to schedule an appointment once my insurance approved the infusion. Made the appointment, got the infusion. Just got a bill in the mail in which my insurance covered NOT ONE PENNY of the infusion. My bill was almost $6000.00. Was referred here do to some concerns about some of wbc and platelet counts being high. The front desk staff , the nurses and Dr.Maddukuri were all so genuinely nice. Answered any questions I had. I was terrified walking in there and I left feeling at ease. Even with good news I received I feel if it had been bad news this is the office I'd want to hear it from . Knock on wood.
My wife had an appointment with doctor Westra yesterday. He is a great doctor, but I was very disappointed in the nursing staff. My wife had fallen earlier in the day and cut the side of her head. It started to bleed down the side of her face while there. The staff did NOTHING. THEY DID NOT OFFER AN ANTISEPTIC OR ACHOHAL WIPE OR EVEN A BANDAID. THEY JUST LET IT CONTINUE BLEEDING DOWN THE SIDE OF HER FACE. IS A ACHOHAL SWIPE AND A BANDAID TO MUCH TO ASK FOR?. VERY POOR!
So the entrance is towards the back and the nurse Natasha was supper sweet efficient and kind.
