I have lived here for 7 years, and I can honestly say that Ms. McIntyre is the best property manager we've had. She is always on top of things, keeps the property peaceful and well-managed, and truly cares about the residents. I live on the side of the property away from the office, but she still makes it a point to check in with us and make sure everything is going well. I have been living at Andrews Park Apartment for close to 14 years now and have enjoyed my stay thus far. It is more quieter and I have enjoyed meeting a lot of the new residence that has moved in. The site manager is so nice and will work with you with anything she can whether it is giving advice, calling and checking on the elderly ones, making sure that your work orders are done in a timely manner, or whatever it is. Overall, it is a nice complex to live.

Don’t ever come live out here it’s infected with roaches nothing have been done about since I ask the lady at the leasing office it’s horrible
