He provided a detailed explanation of the work he needed to perform. Steven is honest, smart and knowledgeable about his profession. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Andrews Mechanical. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their service for HVAC repair or replacement.
Came and installed a new swamp cooler that I had purchased. They installed it and refused to hook it up during that time. I called a month later to have them hook it up and he answered cussing at someone for a whole minute before he talked to me. They then told me that it would be $84 to hook up the cooler, but once they did it he charged me 129 even though they could have done it while they installed it.
