I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew’s Lawn and Landscaping. On four separate occasions, their crew cut areas of my property that were not supposed to be serviced, even though there was a clear distinction between the areas that needed to be cut and the areas that did not. Took a lot of notes and did not listen to any of them. Chopped up roots of my trees and blew mulch all over freshly power washed fences and siding. They said they would hand shovel those areas but did not. Said they would add weed barrier under lifted rocks but did not. Did not trim a set of bushes that was asked. Said project manager would be on site but never saw. No follow up or check on satisfaction.

Everyone at Andrew’s are amazing! Increíble team, from the leaders Tj, Robert, Jon, Joe, everyone!! group of workers, Pedro etc. I can’t complain, their big operation is able to accomplish ton of work in no time. I am greatly grateful for their efforts and hard work. Thanks guys. 🫵🫶

From lawn care to snow removal, the performance has been absolutely terrible. During the warmer months, broken windows/shattered glass doors and huge patches of grass missed were the main problems. Accountability is non-existent, even if there is video evidence of their employees hiding the rock that causes the break. Now that it’s cold, in some areas, snow is piled up blocking residents’ cars in completely, and other areas are completely untouched. Salting is inconsistent at best, a 50/50 chance is generous.
