I recently bought a necklace, the closure for which I needed some after-purchase modifications. Won’t be going back!!! I took a simple charm in and asked for a ring to be put on. Picked up and the jeweler had cut and SOLDERED my piece and then wanted to charge me $80!!!!!! I was dumb and went back a second time to have a small charm repaired and was told “Sorry” and turned away- guess it wasn’t expensive enough to fix- tho based on last time, I’m not sure why I even went there. Convenience, I guess. Nice lady but arrogant jeweler.

I won’t be coming back. I’ve used this place a handful of times and everyone is nice and helpful but this time all I needed was a crab claw clasp for a small Sterling necklace nothing fancy. I was thinking it would be a quick fix to replace something like that but didn’t hear back from them so I called back at the end of the day to say what the status was and told me it would be done next day. Andrew sized my Tiffany watch bracelet for me. It was unusual and 4 other jewelers did not know how to remove links from it. I was sent to Andrew by one of the other jewelers and told he can do anything! They have some beautiful pieces for sale as well :-)
