The only reason they get 1 star is because Dr. Ramano is great. I changed insurance and take medicine that needs preauthorization. I can take no other kind because of high cancer risk. 2 months has gone by and I have been getting samples or doing without. The office knows about it. I handed appeal papers to them personally at last appointment. I have been on phone with my insurance. Today I find out papers and info have never been sent from office. Dr. Lainey truly cares about her patients and does everything she can to help them. I would recommend her to anyone! All the other medical assistants and staff I've interacted with have been wonderful as well.
I don't think 5 stars are enough. I normally don't leave reviews, but this time is different. The Entire staff I interacted with are just PHENOMENAL!!! I am regretting not going there sooner to be honest. They went above and beyond all my expectations. My experience as a patient was outstanding. As a former health care provider, This is the staff that I wished I ever worked with. I feel like I haven't said it enough so THANK YOU for all you do.
When I really need them they're there for me. Grace is my NP and I love her to pieces, but my primary was arrested for something he had been in trouble for before so now I have no trust in Erlanger at all.
I am an established patient, and opted for walk in status Monday. My ear was pounding. I had to wait over 2 hours for someone to look in my ear and give me an rx for antibiotics. Two hours is inexcusable!! I understand why others who live in Andrews go out of town to doctors.
