First appointment here was a massive disappointment. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes currently. My therapist triple booked herself so probably not going to be seeing much of her.
The staff is a mix. There are a few that weren’t very friendly & 1 of the girls training w/ my PT made a remark that caused me to never go back, but there are also staff who made it more enjoyable to go to PT altogether too. I was actually going to ask for more PT when I saw my dr., but that girl’s comment really did me in. I also received a bill breakdown & was shocked to see how much I was charged for “self care home training” when all they did was refer me to an app for home exercises or print them out Lol but maybe I don... read more
Great physical therapy. Really help me with my post op surgery. Highly recommend.
