This was a terrible experience for our family, most especially our dad. I don't live nearby, so I had to trust that what they say they do....they do. They sell you hard on how great their facilty is and the care and services they provide. I spoke on the phone, my sister visited the facility in person. When my dad came here for rehab he was supposed to have an air bed, it didn't arrive till day 9 of his stay. Excuses and apologies were made, but that doesn't change the fact that it was overlooked. I am sure this place in fine unless Gina Ugo is your loved ones nurse.
Nobody likes to enter the nursing home but this was the best that we had hoped 4. It is clean comfortable and staff is patient and helpful. The admitting process was easy because of all the help from the staff. I highly recommend this place. This place is not perfect but it is the best that it can be from everyone involved
Great experience! The staff is caring and compassionate. They treated mom like they would their own mom. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. With the staff we had I would highly recommend AIRBM to anyone..
