They are considered one of the best around. However, their policy to fire patients is ridiculous! Rather than charge a cancelation fee, they prefer to fire an 18y/o who has a broken wrist because he missed one too many appointments. Mind you that this 18y/o works over 40hrs a week and goes or went to school full time. Yep....even with a broken wrist he's working over 40 hours. Now I get priorities need to be considered. My mother got a call over the weekend confirming her appointment. After driving from Pensacola to gulf breeze, there was no record of her appointment and no one at the lab was willing to do anything except tell her to reschedule. They told her the girl who called "does that from home" and they wouldn't do anything to verify the information
