BIG SHOUTOUT to Andrew Bates at Andrews Institute Physical Therapy in Gulf Breeze. He was outstanding getting my daughter, Gracie, started on her recovery from in injury. Dr. Steele for my Knee and now Dr. Kendall for my Shoulder, they for me to perfect 👌.
They are considered one of the best around. However, their policy to fire patients is ridiculous! Rather than charge a cancelation fee, they prefer to fire an 18y/o who has a broken wrist because he missed one too many appointments. Mind you that this 18y/o works over 40hrs a week and goes or went to school full time. Yep....even with a broken wrist he's working over 40 hours. Now I get priorities need to be considered.
