Andrew could you fix the problem we have with our blinds that we have called you about continuously for over 6 months. You never return our calls and took the blind out of our house months ago. Really frustrated and annoyed with your absolute lack of customer service.
We had our a bathtub surround installed and it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The job started late, the wrong surround got installed, the finishing (caulking and trim) had to be re-done several times because it was so sloppy, and a leak was discovered between the old tub and the surround. The images attached show their first attempt at trim and caulking. He doesn’t pay his bills. Did some work for him 5 months ago and he says he will Pay me, call next week. No payment not even a dime. He’s acting a scoundrel
David did a great job on my walk-in closet - came out exactly as I had designed. Done pretty well in one day and back next morning for touch ups. Waited about a month to get it done which was fine. The only downside is it is hard to sometimes connect with them in the office or by phone.
Worst experience with a Contractor we’ve ever had. Poor quality and service. 10 day job took over 6 months. They reordered doors multiple times and also damaged 2 appliances. We had to constantly be calling the owner to get any answers. We now have a junky kitchen that is uneven and loose and will need a full replacement. I recommend staying far away from this place. If you do hire them DO NOT Pay them upfront as they demand. You are then at their mercy and it will end in bitter frustration and complete disappointment.
