Gives a run around of why he cannot get the floors done, avoids calls, admits he doesn’t have my money (deposit) anymore but refuses to do a refund. Now both of his phones are either disconnected or out of service. Either way, avoid this guy like the plague.
Update on review: Pros: Andrew cares about his customers and wants them to get the best value for their home. He's a great guy that means well but I think he is easily distracted with everything and a bit disorganized. Cons: After a couple of weeks I started noticing damages to my walls, nails still sticking out from the quarter rounds, and the kicker below my garage door came undone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrew and Ashley were great, they were fast to come and provide a free estimate and very fair pricing. Andrew possesses a level of craftmanship that only comes through years of experience. I also appreciate that they actually care about the quality they provide, which is increasingly rare these days. I would recommend Andrews Flooring to anyone looking to have some work done!
Working with Andrew's flooring was a great experience. Andrew and his staff did an amazing job in a very short time with minimal impact to my families daily life.
