I was very satisfied with the service I received Kerissa Newman. She took her time to complete all the task that was needed for my mom's needs. Andrew's FCU needs more people like her.
Very personable and extremely helpful throughout the process
The experience here was extraordinary. The financial representatives Kerissa was the best. Kerissa was patient, knowledgeable, kind and attentive to my custom needs.
I am not happy with Andrews Federal Credit Union. They closed my child's savings account and charged a $50 fee. They claim they mailed two letters regarding closing the account in which we never received nor dos they place a deluvery confirmation...and wonder why banks are not trusted. Absolutely deplorable. Now, I have to work with the Maryland Comptroller to get the rest of her funds back. Disappointed in their actions is an understatement. I will never use them again.
