The technician was excellent! Very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We've been experiencing a bad odor of air, which turned out to be a nasty unclean air duct that has to be cleaned as soon as possible. They took the time to examine each component. When I start inhaling fresh air, I feel sure about the difference before and after cleaning the entire air pipe. nice work,
