I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Andrews Counselling. Despite repeated attempts to engage and follow up, the agency has demonstrated a severe lack of communication and professionalism. Promises of connecting me with a therapist were made but never fulfilled, leaving my care in complete limbo for months.
