Was a great practice. Mentioned moving at the last visit and today I called and left a voicemail highly concerned for my daughter and was told that she is no longer a patient and they can’t tell us or help us with anything. My 7 month old daughter's first and only pediatrician and they can’t help? I guess they would rather a baby be ill than give any word of advice. Mind you her last visit was less than a month ago!
I am filing this review to document what I believe to be a wrongful and unethical discharge of my child from this practice. When I recently called to confirm my child’s appointment schedule, I was informed—without any prior notice—that my child had been discharged as a patient. Upon further inquiry, I was told this was due to a “missed” 2-year appointment. Absolutely love this place never had any issues they’ve always addressed my concerns and usually can get me in the same day if I call for a sick appointment I went there as a child and continue to bring my children there and I have three little ones. Dr lenga and nurse Britney are the best!
