I am filing this review to document what I believe to be a wrongful and unethical discharge of my child from this practice. When I recently called to confirm my child’s appointment schedule, I was informed—without any prior notice—that my child had been discharged as a patient. Upon further inquiry, I was told this was due to a “missed” 2-year appointment. Absolutely love this place never had any issues they’ve always addressed my concerns and usually can get me in the same day if I call for a sick appointment I went there as a child and continue to bring my children there and I have three little ones. Dr lenga and nurse Britney are the best!
When my daughter was a baby, a Dr here never listened to me and brushed us off several times when I would bring up 2 issues, my daughter has a severe lip tie, Dr kept laughing saying it's fine it'll bust on a water bottle one day when she falls. And the other, she had constant vomiting and gray diarrhea, she kept telling me just switch her to gentle ease formula.
