I rented a place from Sheri and Don for three years and it was great. She was very straightforward and professional. Also pretty friendly. The homes are good quality and well maintained. Previous roommates got most of their deposits back. She kept a little from each to get carpets professionally cleaned for next tenants. Still, I couldn’t pay rent via direct deposit. It was check or cash only. Slightly inconvenient. One time we had a leaky toilet, and it got fixed later that week.
Excellent work, with much attention to detail. Listens to your ideas, expands on them with experience! Kind caring people. Will always recommend and never use anyone else. Put in a fireplace, deck and pergola. Now for the next deck!
