Andrew is amazing at cutting hair. I was happy that we found someone so good after searching several barber shops and hair salons, however like previous customers have reviewed he is so unreliable. He last minute cancels appointments, or doesn’t show up to the shop at all without any notice. His new employees, as there have been many of them make excuses for him. I hate leaving a bad review. Andrew does a terrific job cutting hair and this was formerly an amazing shop. But he has not been there for three consecutive appointments for my son. No heads up, just show up to a locked shop during normal hours. Today - the third straight appointment he wasn’t there for - the second barber was there but wouldn’t provide any information on where Andrew has been and why he is leaving customers with appointments hanging out to dry.
